Art classes with Wendy Skinner at the Fountain Arts Center in Belmont will take place on Wednesdays from July 12th to August 16th,10 am to 12 pm. This part of the Summer Arts Festival by the Allegany Arts Association. The classes include Stars and Stripes, String Art, Diorama Drama, Plein Air Art, Conquering Composition, and Beginning Quilling. Register at 585-808-5379 or wendyskinner@thefountainartscenter.org.
