Pam Delyannis of Pinnacle Pottery will lead you in a 5 week class on how to throw bowls. In this session you will work on developing and improving basic throwing skills. You will do this through exploring the bowl shape and its many possibilities. As a pottery shape, bowls are as much about the inside as the outside. You will be very busy wedging, throwing, altering, trimming and decorating bowls. There will be class demonstrations as well as individual instruction. The final class will be devoted to glazing pieces for finished work. All supplies and tools are including in the price along with 25lbs. of clay. Additional clay is available for purchase at $1/lb. Class dates are March 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 6-8:30 p.m.
