Join Sean Doyle, the Sound Designer for Little Dog Laughed, for a discussion on the nature and artistry of sound, how it relates to us, and how it enhances works on and off the stage on Saturday, March 23 from 1-7pm in the Miller computer Lab (room 221) in Miller Performing Arts Center.
Learn the methods for creating and setting up a sound system as well as learning common challenges and their solutions. Gain an understanding of industry standard programs in order to design sound for a production. Sean Doyle is a Boston-based Sound and Lighting Designer, Sound Engineer, and Sonic Artist. His designs have been heard and seen in several LORT and smaller theatres across the country, and Off-Broadway at the Atlantic.
