Designed for older artists, this week of classes will give the kids a little more history and theory mixed in with engaging projects. They will study the use of negative space with watercolor paintings, try their hand at creating intricate patterns in an abstract piece and use regular magazines to create their own wildlife print. They will also get to use foil and yarn to create a one-of-a-kind work of metallic art and finish the week by creating their own set of Chinese lanterns.
April 10-14 from 10:30am-12pm. $65 per child.
