Sally Ramirez & Doug Robinson (Crimson)

Soul, lively, and lyrical…Sally Ramirez and Doug Robinson take you on a journey with their musical talents of Latin and World Music.
Sally is a singer, actress, teacher, and vocal coach, whose music covers the range from jazz to Renaissance to folk. She has performed in musical theater, operettas, and jazz venues throughout the country. Sally has also performed on stage, television (The Young and the Restless”, PBS’ “American Family”), radio, as well as solo and back up work on for many artists’ CD’s in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and Ithaca.
Doug has had a diverse career of touring and session work as a vocalist, bassist, guitarist, and recording producer/engineer with many world music, folk, country, pop, jazz, and blues artists for over 30 years. Doug is well known as a gifted musician in a wide variety of musical styles.
Returning to the Nancy Howe Auditorium stage, Sally and Doug’s concert, Crimson, will be held on Thursday May 9th at 7pm.
