If you or someone you know likes wearing scarves, join us Wednesday, August 3 at either 2:30 OR 5:30 p.m. at the Cuba Library for Silk Scarves with Julie Mader and make your own one of a kind scarf. There is a $10 fee for materials. This program is open to anyone 13 and older.
