Charlie is a playwright and theater producer who also writes for film and television. He performs all nine roles in his one-act, quick-change comedy Natural History X. His musical The Fartiste won the award for Outstanding Musical at the NYC International Fringe Festival. The Fartiste was subsequently produced off-Broadway and presented in concert at The Charringcross Theater in London’s West End. His new show Goldstein: (A Musical About Family Secrets) will receive an open-ended off-Broadway run next season. Charlie has recently partnered with 3Arts Entertainment to bring his television series “Earlybirds” to the screen. He is the recipient of The Charles MacArthur Award for Comedy and teaches playwriting and screenwriting at Spalding University’s low residency MFA Program and at New York University’s Tisch School of The Arts.
