Fabio Menchetti is every part the classical concert pianist. Born in Lucca, Italy, he pursued an education in the art of the ivory keys and earned a master’s degree in piano performance and music education. His devotion to chamber music specifically flourished under the tutelage of Pier Narciso Masi and culminated with the release of his CD featuring violin and piano music from 20th-century Italian composers. He followed this up with his first solo CD with music for piano by the English composer Peter Seabourne. After studying under prominent musicians like Andrea Lucchesini and Pietro De Maria, this undiscovered master is emerging as a pianist with a name to remember.
