Come see forty of our regional artists’ work on exhibit in the Cattaraugus County Arts Council Member Show and be a “guest judge.” CCAC member artists are invited every other year to exhibit a work of their choice, within specified parameters. It is an opportunity for amateur artists to show their work in a formal gallery setting alongside professional artists. It is also a rare opportunity for the public to see a wide mix of mediums and subjects without the screening of a jury selection process or an exhibit curator. Watercolors, sculpted wood, fabric collage, felted wool, photography, stained glass, oil paintings, and ceramics are just a sampling of the variety that will be on display. And, we invite you to come to the opening reception on September 9th and be a ”guest judge” by voting for your 3 favorite pieces.
