Aeolosomas’ Journey Kevin Kripper, 2022 5 min. video excerpts of real time generative animations from the series ‘Autopoietic Systems in Video Feedback’ In this set of generative animations, a swarm of digital Aeolosomatidae worms is released into a pool of black and white abstractions. This form of life that lye in the microcosmos of video-feedback, unveils the true organic nature of digital, which is superimposed by primitive geometric shapes to create a variety of gnarly structural visual rhythms across the eight screens of the Snodgrass Gallery.
