Learn to perfect the art of the lidded vessel with Hogshed Studio potter Elliott Hutten. You will focus on learning to throw pots with functional, well-made lids. Through demonstrations, simple measuring techniques and lots of practice, you will learn to make better casseroles, honey pots, garlic keepers and more. This class requires knowledge of wheel throwing to participate. All tools and supplies will be included along with 25lbs. of clay. Additional clay is available for purchase at $1/lb. Class dates are May 24 & 31 and June 7 & 14. Class time is from 6-8:30 p.m.
