On the 102nd anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment giving women the right to vote, The Spirit Rooms of Lily Dale explores how the women’s suffrage movement and spiritualism came together in the little town that is Lily Dale.
Historical photographs, newspaper clippings, re-enactments, interviews, and voiceovers bring to life the work of the important women involved in the movement and their involvement with Lily Dale. Members of the film’s production team will be on hand for a talk back following the screening.
